The area of the land is 5,417 sq.m. The land hosts the principal building, the former mansion of Admiral Lazarev, a big monumental house with a natural granite base. The mansion is part of the local cultural heritage. The reconstruction is allowed subject to maintenance of the outside view of the facades.
